WACO, TX — Chip is at it again!
Last year for Valentine's Day, Chip wrote "Chip "heart's" Jo on The Silos.
This year, he drew a huge heart with their initials in it.
He said Jo loves notes, and so he went on a late night mission to get this very special love note our to her.
