CHINA SPRING, TX — The China Spring Volunteer Fire Department is in need of water donations.
China Spring VFD will be hosting a water drive on Saturday July 25th from 10 AM to 2 PM.
"Your Volunteer Fire Department has relied on donations of water from the community, and this year is no different. The Texas summer is here and we have already responded to multiple grass/brush fires and vehicle wrecks in recent weeks and are running low on water and other electrolyte replenishing products," China Spring VFD posted on their Facebook account.
"Please consider picking up a case of water or electrolyte replenishing products next time you are at the grocery store and dropping it off next Saturday the 25th."
Donations can be dropped off at the fire department located at 165 Illinois Ave. China Spring, Texas 76633.
