WACO, TX — Providence Breast Health Center hosted a fundraising event at Baylor Club, March 5.

The Breast Center prides itself for having the state-of-the-art equipment, providing a spa like service to its patients.

Established in Waco for the last decade they rely on donations and community support to help go above and beyond with the work they provide.

"It's amazing, the generosity that we have received throughout the years from the beginning throughout the past 10 years and tonight. It's overwhelming." Jennifer Furrer said, Coordinator for Providence Breast Health Center.

Furrer said because they have been open for so long it's time to refresh some of their out-dated equipment. They try to stay with the latest amenities to make sure Central Texans can stay close to home when receiving treatment.

"Out goal is to always stay on the cutting edge of technology," Furrer said. "We provide an atmosphere that is comfortable and welcoming for our patients because they deserve that."
