WACO, TX — Baylor University has announced all classes will switch to an online format and commencement has been postponed due to the coronavirus.

All Baylor classes will be moved to an online format through the end of the semester.

Due to the CDC's guidance that no mass gatherings with 50 people or more should be held for the next eight weeks, May Commencement ceremonies have been postponed. Baylor will still confer degrees in May for those who satisfy their academic requirements. May graduates will also be able to participate in an August ceremony.

Access to residence halls will be restricted to a limited number of students- those who have no other option than to be there- through the end of the semester.
