AXTELL, TX — The Axtell ISD School Board voted to terminate the high school teacher who was accused of inappropriate relations with students.
The school board voted on Monday night to terminate Matt McGilvary's contract.
Superintendent J.R. Proctor said the school district was investigating, as well as the McLennan County Sheriff's Office.
The teacher was employed at Axtell High School.
