WACO, TX — Officials say northbound I-35 is back open after a multiple vehicle crash caused officials to shut down the interstate for over an hour on Sunday.
At 1:26 p.m., authorities said the crash site is cleared and traffic is getting back to normal. "Still some delay as the stacked up vehicles clear out of the area," said officials.
Officials responded to a multiple vehicle crash on northbound I-35 near the bridge by McLane Stadium in Waco Sunday morning.
Waco Fire Department and AMR responded to the scene.
Officials advised drivers to take alternate routes until further notice.
