WACO, TX — A woman walked away with minor scrapes after she landed her car in a creek on Tuesday.

Officials said the call came in at 1:42 p.m. They said a 67-year-old woman was believed to be having chest pains driving down 19th Street and drove over a curb. The vehicle landed in a creek and turned over on a rock.

The woman said she does not remember anything besides hitting the curb.

She was transported to Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest with minor scrapes.

The road was blocked off for about 30 minutes, but it is now open.
