KILLEEN, TX — WS Young Drive Bridge will be closed from November 4 through 30. All traffic will be detoured for the duration of the project.
Crews will be removing and replacing damaged concrete at both ends of the bridge. To ensure motorist and worker safety, the entire bridge will be closed and all traffic detoured.
Alternate north-south routes will be 10th Street and 38th Street. Motorists should anticipate increased traffic on those roads and obey all traffic control devices.
Killeen Community Center and Athletic Complex parks, fields, dog park, trail and other amenities will remain accessible to northbound traffic. Businesses located north of the bridge are accessible via Rancier Avenue.
