Temple Police Officers were on scene of a fatal accident traffic that occurred Monday afternoon.
The victim has been identified as 30-year-old Destarte Gulley of Temple.
The accident occurred at about 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Southeast HK Dodgen Loop and State Highway 95
An initial investigation indicates a black Honda CR-V was traveling eastbound from State Highway 36 and failed to yield right of way at the intersection of State Highway 95.
The vehicle was struck by a red Ford F-250 that was traveling southbound on SH 95.
Gulley was the driver of the CR-V, according to police.
Other passengers include an adult female who is in stable condition, a 9-year-old female who is in stable condition and a 9-month-old female who is in serious condition.
The driver of the pickup is also in stable condition.
