HARKER HEIGHTS, TX — The City of Harker Heights says Highland Oaks Drive from Woodlawn Drive to White Oak Lane will be closed to traffic February 5th through February 7th.
Bruce Flannigan Construction, Inc. will perform work on the City’s wastewater system within the roadway.
The contractor will coordinate with the impacted residents within the work zone for trash pick-up and access.
