TEMPLE, TX — The Temple Police Department has shared a video of individuals attempting to break into vehicles at the Chappel Hill apartments.
Temple Police say that suspects checked for unlocked doors before moving on.
They are sharing the video in hopes that more people will lock their door to deter thieves.
