TEMPLE, TX — The Temple Police Department is investigating after a victim was shot multiple times after a disagreement overnight Sunday.
According to Temple PD, around 12:15 a.m. on Sunday, August 18, officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Garfield Avenue for a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds to the leg and upper arm areas. Temple PD says the victim was transported to Baylor Scott & Whie for non-life threatening injuries.
Temple PD says the suspects were identified as one black male and one Hispanic male. Officers were told the suspects got into a disagreement with the victim, which resulted in the shooting.
Temple PD says the case is active. More information will be released as it becomes available.
