TEMPLE, TX — Firefighters in Temple are looking into what led to a late-night fire Tuesday night.
Temple Fire & Rescue responded to a report of a structure fire in the 600 block of E. Downs Ave. just after 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters were able to quickly get the fire under control just before 10:30 p.m.
One person was in the home at the time of the fire, but was able to escape unharmed.
No other injuries have been reported.
Temple Police and EMS also responded to the scene.
