TEMPLE, TX — Temple Fire and Rescue responded to an accident involving a tractor trailer this morning.
Just after 8:00 am this morning, Temple Fire and Rescue was dispatched to the scene of a single vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer.
The semi was traveling east on Airport Road when it struck a guard rail, and eventually came to a stop just off the roadway at Research Blvd.
The driver was treated for minor injuries on scene by Paramedics.
Temple Fire and Rescue responded with 4 units, utilizing members of the Haz-Mat Special Operations Team.
Also, on scene were Temple Police Department, and Temple EMS.
Clean up efforts by Temple Fire and Grones Environmental, continue at this time.
Temple Fire says one lane is closed on eastbound Airport Rd.
