BELL COUNTY, TX — The Bell County Sheriff's Department is asking for victims of a recently arrested registered sex offender to come forward.
On December30, the department's Special Crimes Unit arrested Kirk McClain Douglas, a registered sex offender, in Bell County for online solicitation of a minor, a second degree felony.
His arrest warrant was issued by Justice of the Peace Clifford Coleman, Precinct 2. The suggested bond amount is $100,000.
He is currently in the Bell County Jail.
The Special Crimes Unit is requesting any minor who has had sexual contact with Douglas to contact their office at (254) 933-6769.
