A school bus carrying 13 elementary school students was involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Killeen Independent School District, the crash happened around 3:28 p.m. on Chaparral Road by White Castle Lane and Oak Creek.
KISD says 13 Trimmier Elementary school students were on the bus. No student or bus driver injuries were reported,
Police were called to the scene and Trimmier Elementary was notified.
KISD says at this time, the cause of the crash is unknown. The bus was traveling south east when it was struck by a car heading the opposite direction.
A spare bus has been called to transport the children.
