KILLEEN, TX — The popular chicken strip restaurant Raising Cane’s opened it’s first location in Killeen along Fort Hood street on Wednesday.
Prior to opening, the restaurant gave away free chicken for a year to 20 lucky attendees. The chain also promoted it’s grand opening by giving a free Raising Cane’s t-shirt to the first 100 customers.
A ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Killeen Chamber of Commerce was held prior to doors opening at 10 a.m.
