TEMPLE, TX — The Temple Police Department is asking for the public's help in searching for a woman accused of using fraudulent checks to steal $5,000.
According to Temple PD, on September 17, the suspect used two fraudulent checks to retrieve money at two different locations, one of which was a Texell in Temple.
On September 30, police received information from a local credit union that an account holder reported two fraudulent checks showing on their account with money made out to the suspect.
