HARKER HEIGHTS, TX — A man was arrested and charged on Monday after police say he sexually assaulted a victim.
According to Harker Heights police, on Feb. 10, 19-year-old Dillan McCullers went to a residence in the 1600 block of Indian Trail and sexually assaulted a victim, while videotaping the act.
On Feb. 20, the case as presented to the Office of the District Attorney where the case was reviewed. A complaint and an affidavit for the arrest of McCullers was issued for the offenses of sexual assault and unlawful discloser of intimate material.
On Feb. 21, a warrant was issued for McCullers' arrest.
McCullers was booked into the Bell County Jail on Monday. His bond is set at $100,000.
