The Ortiz family said will stay behind locked doors for now.
"Neighbors are describing this almost as a drive-by. Does that bother me? It does. Why? Because, I mean, are we safe to go outside?" Lisbeth Ortiz said.

Anybody with information about the incident should call the Belton Police Department.
There is also a GoFundMe created in his memory to raise money for Belton Independent School District's special needs program.
