BELL COUNTY — Over $75,000 worth of methamphetamine was seized in a Bell County raid.
Two people were arrested and charged for distributing the drug. The Bell County Organized Crime Unit said that on March 21, a search warrant was executed at a location located on Tallow Drive.
Officials say that two people, identified as Thomas Dowling III, 40, and Monika Brackett, 33, were arrested and over three pounds of crystal meth was found. There was also a large amount of money and several firearms.
The estimated street value of the drugs is in excess of $75,000.
Dowling and Brackett are being held in the custody of U.S. Marshals and await federal charges.
