KILLEEN, TX — A second teen wanted in connection to a Killeen shooting that left a bystander injured has been taken into custody following a police pursuit Monday.
Around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 8, Killeen Police officers located 19-year-old Emilio Terrazas of Killeen traveling in a red Kia sedan on Old FM 440 Road.
Police say officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was occupied by two people. The driver refused to stop, and a pursuit ensued.
The driver led officers to the area of Bull Run Drive and Fieldcrest Drive. That's when police say the driver came to a stop and both suspects took off on foot.
Officers conducted a search of the area and located Terrazas. He was taken into custody without incident and arrested on a warrant for aggravated assault out of Killeen as well as a warrant for robbery out of Williamson County.
Police say the second suspect was not located. No injuries or property damage was reported.
On Wednesday, December 30, 18-year-old Zaveon Hakhem Cummings of Killeen was located and arrested in connection to the shooting.
