BELTON, TX — Miller's Smokehouse is already one of Belton's top barbecue joints, but they are looking to take over breakfast.
According to Texas Monthly, the idea started with an espresso machine. Owner Dusty Miller learned how to use the machine, and then they started roasting their own beans.

They will start their new breakfast service in January 2020, and it will run seven days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Miller give Texas Monthly a sneak peek of the menu, saying breakfast fans should expect to see brisket biscuits, house-made potato rolls stuffed with eggs and sausage, and their special "wakin' bacon".
