Argument leads to shots fired at Temple business

TEMPLE, TX — A suspect is in custody after shots were fired during an argument at a business.

TPD officers were able to apprehend the suspect at Shiloh Road near Big Elm Road.

The suspect is identified as 23-year-old Noel Quiles.

Quiles has been charged with evading arrest and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He remains at the Bell County Jail on a $225,000 bond.

The Temple Police Department responded to a shots fired call at Panel Specialists Inc.,3410 Lucius McCelvey Drive.

An individual came to speak to another individual at the PSI building and an argument ensued, according to Temple PD's Cody Weens.

Shots were fired but no injuries were reported.

Police say the suspect fled in a dark colored sedan.

Bell County DPS was involved in a pursuit today on I-35, according to Waco Police Officer Bynum.

Troopers were pursuing a suspect in Bell County.

DPS lost track of the suspect and believed he was in Waco, according to Officer Bynum.

A Bell County trooper caught sight of the suspect again in Bell County.

Other agencies that assisted in the arrest include Troy Police Department, Bell County Sheriff's Office, Bell County Constable, and Texas DPS.
