Killeen Police searching for person accused of burglarizing vehicle

KILLEEN, TX — The Killeen Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a person they say burglarized a vehicle back in May.

According to Killeen PD, on Monday, May 20, officers were told that an unknown person(s) burglaried a vehicle and stole a wallet that contained numerous credit and debit cards. The suspect(s) then used one of the debit carrds to make a purchase at a Killeen 7-11 Convenience Store.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division, Burglary Unit, are asking anyone who may have information about this burglary to contact Crime Stoppers at 526-TIPS (8477), go online anonymously at www.bellcountycrimestoppers.com or text BELLCO along with the tip to 274637.

Killeen PD says all information provided is confidential and anonymous. If your tip leads to the arrest of the suspect(s) in this case, you could be eligible to receive a reward up to $1,000 in cash.
