KILLEEN, TX — A missing 13-year-old has been found safe, according to Killeen police.
Justin Pinner was reported missing on Feb. 15, 2019. He was last seen in the 600 block of Parmer Avenue.
Pinner was found safe on Wednesday in Brownwood, TX, approximately two hours west of Killeen.
