COPPERAS COVE, TX — An investigation is underway after a Copperas Cove man was shot to death early Sunday morning.
Around 4:53 a.m. on October 18, Copperas Cove PD officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of Lauren Street regarding a domestic disturbance where a firearm was discharged.
When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was identified as 31-year-old Jose Luis Carcano III of Copperas Cove.
Carcano was pronounced dead at 8:30 a.m. by Justice of the Peace Guinn.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, and additional details will be released as the investigation progresses.
