NOLANVILLE, TX — A Fort Hood soldier has died after an accident in Nolanville Saturday morning.
Nolanville police said that the accident happened early Saturday, but the car was found just before 10 a.m. on Interstate 14 east of the Nola Ruth overpass.
Police said that the car, driven by Tyler James Groves, had left the roadway and crashed the bank of Nolan Creek between the main lanes of the highway and the eastbound service road.
Groves was the only person in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
Groves was a specialist on Fort Hood.
