TEMPLE, TX — A Killeen man is in the Bell County Jail for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Jason Jones is accused of sexually assaulting a child under the age of 14 in Temple.
The victim told police that Jones penetrated her sexual organ with his sexual organ.
Jones initially told police he was attracted to her, but he did not sexually assault her. After being questioned by CPS, Jones admitted to sexually assaulting the victim multiple times.
He is in the Bell County Jail on a $125,000 bond.
Killeen ISD said that Jones is a former employee of the district. The allegations did not occur on any KISD campus or property and did not involve any KISD students.
