FORT HOOD, TX — An actress from the latest "Dynasty" series is using her platform to spread awareness about a Fort Hood soldier who has been missing for over 50 days.

Twenty-year-old Pfc. Vanessa Guillen, assigned to 3rd Cavalry Regiment, was last seen on April 22 at 1p.m. in the parking lot of her Regimental Engineer Squadron Headquarters on Fort Hood.

Her car keys, barracks room key, identification card and wallet were later found in the armory room where she was working earlier in the day. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt.

Ana Brenda Contreras posted several articles about Pfc. Guillen's disappearance on her Instagram stories, tagging several news organizations.

Contreras is not the only celebrity to get involved. Actress Salma Hayek announced that she will make a post on her Instagram story everyday for Pfc. Guillen until she is found.
