TEMPLE, TX — The City of Temple announced it's downtown is getting a new hangout spot.
The city released a sneak peek of the restoration plans for a Professional Building located at 103 E. Central Ave.
The project will include a "rooftop wading POOLSIDE LOUNGE!" according to a post by the City of Temple.
The restoration of the building, commonly referred to as the "SPJST" building, is expected to be a $3.8 million project, according to a Temple Mainstreet Report.
