KILLEEN — Operation Phantom Support is a nonprofit that aids over 4,000 families each month in the Central Texas region.
Founded by Jon Valentine, a veteran himself, the organization works to provide active duty, veteran, first responders and civilians alike, nutrition each month.
The organization also offers an emergency food pantry that allows the nonprofit to donate several weeks worth of food to families who find themselves extremely low on supplies.
The emergency pantry usually has supplies for many families for several months, though currently their supply is estimated to only fund their donations for about a month. To close this gap, they are asking any companies or organization to hold a food drive, to help stock their shelves.
