KILLEEN, TX — A Crime Stoppers tip helped Killeen police identify and later arrest two robbery suspects.
The robbery began when a witness called police reporting that a man and woman were causing a disturbance in the CEFCO Convenience Store on E. Stan Schuleter Loop on April 18.
Killeen police said when the witness left the store to call 911, Devyone Montrell Green, 30, assaulted them and Indrel Shawnea Green, 45, stole property from them.
The Crime Stoppers tip lead investigators to identify both suspects.
On May 24, Devyone and Indrel were arrested and charged with robbery. Police said the suspects were both previously charged with interference with an emergency call in relation to the incident.
