KILLEEN, TX — One person is in custody after a pipe bomb and other weapons were found inside a Killeen home.
The McLennan County Sheriff's Office Bomb Squad was called out to the area of Becker Drive and Paula Road in Killeen Thursday afternoon.
Detectives were at the home due to a narcotics investigation when they discovered a suspicious device and other weapons.
The pipe bomb was not live.
One person was taken into custody.
Residents were displaced from their homes during the investigation. They have now been allowed to return to their homes.
