KILLEEN, TX — A boil water order noticed issued for areas of Killeen have been lifted, according to the city.
The noticed was issued for properties in the 3500 to 3600 block of E. Central Texas Expressway and 700 Rebecca Lynn Drive and 9910 to 10203 Taylor Renee Drive. It was lifted on Friday, March 15.
The boil water order notice was issued March 8 for properties in western Killeen.
The city said a water sensor malfunction in a ground storage tank caused the water outage. Crews responded to the malfunction and were able to correct the issue.
