BELL COUNTY, TX — Bell County Crime Stoppers has been recognized by the State of Texas and Crime Stoppers International as one of the most productive programs per population in the world.
Founded in 1981, the Bell County Crime Stoppers chapter is administered by community volunteers, civilians, media, and a Board of Directors that work alongside a Killeen Police Department Coordinator.
