BELL COUNTY, TX — Bell County Courts will provide only essential functions and hearings beginning March 17.
This order is in effect through April 10 for the Bell County District Courts, the Bell County Courts at Law, and the Bell County Justice of the Peace Courts.
This administrative order also suspends jury trials through April 10.
Examples of essential functions include criminal magistration proceedings, CPS removal hearings, temporary restraining orders/temporary injunctions, juvenile detention hears and family violence protective orders.
