HARKER HEIGHTS, TX — A 19-year-old is in the Bell County Jail after he lied about his age to a child under the age of 14 and had her perform oral sex on him.
According to Davon Goss' arrest affidavit, the victim told Harker Heights police that she thought he was a middle school student at another school, and he was her boyfriend.
The victim was able to show police Instagram messages between her and Goss, and an investigation began.
He is being held on a $100,000 bond.
