COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS — An 18-year-old man was arrested after police said that he crashed a stolen SUV into a brick wall in College Station.
College Station police said that officers responded to the area of Southwest Parkway and Southwood Drive on reports of a major accident. Witnesses told police that a white SUV had crashed into the brick wall in that location.
Police said the occupants had fled from the scene on foot. Officers searched the area and were able to locate them.
The SUV had been stolen, according to police.
Christian Jeffery told officers that he had taken the vehicle without the consent of the owner.
Jeffery was booked into the Brazos County Jail.
