TEMPLE, TX — A new health clinic will open its doors on Monday, November 11th in Temple. Currently, final touches are being worked on at the clinic before the big day. Lone Star Circle of Care has 21 other facilities throughout Texas and the one in Temple will be their 22nd.
The new community health center will increase access to pediatrics, family medicine and integrated behavioral health care , welcoming anyone who is insured or uninsured.
This clinic is on the front lines of health care delivery for the uninsured and medically undeserved and are one of the only 77 health centers in the country selected for New Access Point funding awarded by the Health Resources and Services Administration.
The clinic's hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
