COPPERAS COVE, TX — Copperas Cove City Council met Tuesday to choose a new city manager. They ended up selecting the interim city manager, Ryan D. Haverlah to take over the position full time.
The motion passed unanimously, 7-0 and after the executive voting session they announced Haverlah's appointment at an open session. Haverlah does not yet have a start date.
Haverlah is a graduate of Angelo State University and Texas State University and resides in Copperas Cove with his wife and three sons.
