BRAZOS COUNTY, TX — Attention Brazos County!

Voices for Children, CASA is currently looking for volunteers to work with children living in foster care.

Court Appointed Special Advocates, CASAs, volunteer as stable, and healthy, advocates, in the life of a child who has been removed from their home, because it is not safe.

"CASAs come from all walks of life, some married, some single, some in college, and others retired. But the one thing they all have in common, is the desire to ensure a child's voice is heard, and to support them, as they navigate the child welfare system." Voices for Children shared on Facebook.

CASA provides all the training and support needed for one to begin volunteering.

For those interested to learn more, their next general information session is on Jan 19.

Then, the new CASA training class will begin on Feb 1.
