COLLEGE STATION, TX — On Jan 26., KRHD confirmed with College Station police that Celeste Perez was a passenger in Ryan Stallings' vehicle during last week's officer-involved shooting.
KRHD was able to reach out to College Station police to get the following statement:
"We can confirm, that the recent [probable cause statements] we’ve filed for Celeste Perez, are related to same investigation which led to last week’s officer-involved shooting."
According to probable cause statements, Perez was present during the traffic stop in the 1300 block of Hwy 6. at approximately 1:00 A.M. that previous Thursday.
The two had been romantically-involved according to the documents, with both of them living together in the same household.
Upon investigation, Perez admitted to College Station police their intent to travel with the more than 800 grams of MDMA, and cocaine, to traffic over to another Texas city.
According to police, Perez was able to provide officers with extensive knowledge on drug sales within Brazos County. Conducting a search warrant on their shared residence, police were able to confirm the drug quantities and their charges.
This was corroborated through the execution of a search warrant within Brazos County.
Perez is currently facing five charges of manufacture and delivery. Her bond is set at $442,000.
