KILLEEN, TX — Officers arrested the parents who abducted the three brothers out of Killeen.
The McCulloch County Sheriff's Office said that Hunter (11), Dylan (9) and Levi Gilseth (4) were allegedly abducted by Maria and Jeffrey Gilseth.
Killeen police said that on Thursday, Feb. 21, officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of E. Central Texas Expressway.
According to an arrest affidavit, the Gilseths had a supervised visit with the children on Feb. 21. During the visit, Maria became upset and stated that she couldn't do "this" anymore. She called the boys over to her and took their hands. Jeffrey blocked the counselor that was supervising the visit and the family left the area.
Officials say that the children were removed from their custody before the abduction because of a history of family violence.
The Gilseth's vehicle is a gold 2018 Ford Explorer with a Texas license plate number LDC1235.
The Gilseths have ties to Brady, TX, Lampasas, TX and Alaska.
