Lay’s is introducing a new potato chip flavor, and it’s based off a popular deep-fried appetizer you normally get at Midwest state fairs.
Lay’s Fried Pickle with Ranch flavored potato chips was once available to the public for a limited time in 2018 until they were pulled from the shelves.
Now, Lay’s is bringing the unique flavor back, and it’s available at Sam’s Club. According to Delish, it is selling for under $4 a bag.
It is unknown how long the deep-fried flavored potato chips will last in the stores.
When the flavor was first introduced in 2018, it was accompanied with other regional inspirations: Cajun Spice, Chesapeake Bay Crab Spice, Deep Dish Pizza, and more. Those flavors are still not available after being discontinued from most stores.
