Central Texas Urology patients will be happy to hear their clinic was spared by the Little River Healthcare closures.

Little River Healthcare abruptly closed several locations across Central Texas earlier this month after filing for bankruptcy.

The urology clinic in Waco originally fell under that umbrella but went its own way following the filing.

It will no longer be affected by the closure and will continue seeing patients as usual.

Central Texas Urology said the following in a statement:

"Many of you have learned that Little River Healthcare has ceased operations. While Central Texas Urology was a part of Little River Healthcare for a period of time, Central Texas Urology remains open and committed to continuing its decades earned reputation of providing outstanding medical care to the citizens of Central Texas. The medical and support staff remain the same. Patients will continue to receive seamless quality health care during this transition period. Central Texas Urology thanks its loyal patients and looks forward to many more decades of serving the people of Central Texas."
