Multiple law enforcement agencies ran a coordinated search and arrest warrants on four separate locations in Corsicana on Wednesday.

According to Corsicana police, at 8:15 a.m. the Navarro County Sheriff’s Department, DEA and Corsicana police ran coordinated arrest warrants.

The federal arrest warrants are the result of an eight-month federal and local investigation involving the distribution of narcotics involving offenses dating back several years.

Due to the high-risk nature of these warrants, the Corsicana SWAT team was activated to initiate the arrest and search warrants on two of the locations.

The Corsicana SWAT unit, Narcotics and Patrol divisions arrested both assigned targets without incident.

They were transported via Texas Department of Public Safety to a centralized processing location awaiting an appearance before a Magistrate Judge.
