The Killeen Police Department confirmed it is investigating two overnight robberies.
The first robbery was reported at the Texan Mart at 3000 Lake Road just after 10 p.m. Sunday night. Police say, two men, one of which had a gun, came into the store and demanded cash before fleeing on foot.
About three hours later, officers responded to a second robbery at the 7-11 store at 1000 South W.S. Young Drive. Police say, three men, one armed with a gun, came into the store just after 1 a.m. and stole cash. The three men then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
No one was hurt in either robbery.
Police are not sure if the two robberies are related and the investigation is ongoing.
