The 170th District Court decided that the second trial for the West explosion will be heard in McLennan County.
C.F. Industries, the defendant in the case, wanted a change in venue for the trial coming up in May.
On Tuesday Judge Jim Meyer denied the motion, stating they should have enough jurors in the county to create an impartial jury.
The West explosion trial is set to begin on May 16.
