The former West paramedic recently cleared of the West fertilizer explosion is now out on a $25,000 unsecured bond.
31-year-old Bryce Reed was arrested by federal agents back in May.
Reed was jailed for having bomb-making materials, but a recent report showed no evidence linking him to the fertilizer plant explosion.
Reed is going to trial for a charge of possession of an unregistered firearm.
Judge Manske ordered that Reed be released from custody on Thursday. Jury selection is still scheduled for September 23.
